
The South Carolina State Bulldogs remain in the top spot with 25 first-place votes and 250 points in the HBCU-PSMA 2026 Black College Football Week Four Major Division Poll.
The Jackson State Tigers reclaim the number two spot with 190 points. The Alabama State Hornets slip to number three with 150 points. Delaware State moves into the fourth spot with 80 points and Alabama A&M rounds out the top five with 44 points, making its first top-five appearance this season.

Smith remains at number two with two first-place votes and 194 points. Virginia State is third with 146 points, Virginia Union moves up to number four with 100 points, and Edward Waters rounds out the top five with one first-place vote and 60 points.
Note: Previous number one Benedict College received two first-place votes, but only garnered 20 points following their loss to Tuskegee this past week.
