Bears and Golden Tigers Garner Top Spots on HBCU-PRO Sports Media Association’s Women’s Top Ten Basketball Polls.
Head Coach Ed Davis and his bears fresh off a big conference win over Norfolk State are the top women’s team in the major division with an overall record of 11wins against 6 losses. MSU currently on a 4-game winning streak and appear to be unbeatable at home boasting 14 straight home wins dating back to last season. Meanwhile Spartans of Norfolk State are number two with North Carolina A&T, Jackson State and Alabama A&M rounding out the top Five.
